In the interest of hygiene, earrings may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged at any time.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for items that have been already delivered to you.
We do offer credit to our online store for faulty items or missing items upon a submitted request. Please do not return the items back to us. If you have a faulty or missing item, submit a ticket here. Follow the guidelines. Please give our team at least 24 hours to respond.
If your order was cancelled, or an item is missing from your order, it means we are out of stock, or we were unable to process your payment. If we are out of stock of an item you ordered, you will receive a full refund for those items, and will be notified as soon as possible. Please give up to 7 days to see the refund appear on your account. If we are unable to process your payment you will be notified also.
As soon as your order is placed, we begin fulfilling your order for a speedy delivery. You will have 1 hour to change your order. Please make sure to email us with your order number. If request to alter order is after 4pm during business hours, your order will be fulfilled, resulting in an unfortunately ability to alter order.
We are very sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in good condition. So that we can get you a fresh pair of earrings as a replacement please, head over to our contact us page and submit a request for a “ Faulty Item Request”
If an item is faulty, you do not have to return the item! Just take a picture and attach it to your message. Include a short description of what is faulty to give us a better idea of what is wrong. Once received, our team will assess your request and get back to you with next steps. Please give us 48 hours to respond.
